The Support Officer position centres on forge and maintain links with partner agencies and other key stakeholders as appropriate. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

What you would be doing
Work outside of standard office hours, as required, to deliver services, following lone working procedures. Forge and maintain links with partner agencies and other key stakeholders as appropriate. Reporting any concerns relating to safeguarding of vulnerable people using the correct procedures, attending case conferences and other meetings as required.

What you need
- Full driving Licence and use of own transport is essential for this role.
- Experience of working with clients experiencing substance misuse and mental health is desirable.
- Previous experience working within Housing desirable, but not essential.

- 25 days’ holiday (Plus Bank Holidays) increasing up to 28 days with 3 years of service.
