Key responsibilities:
Supervise and assist in all aspects of integrated services ensuring work schedules are followedSupervise staff to ensure they maintain safe systems of workEnsure high standards of personal and general food hygiene are achieved throughout the departmentReport any faults to line managerEnsure staff only use equipment/materials as instructedSupervise staff to ensure they work in a safe manner and give consideration to others around themCounsel staff regarding work performance and document outcomesAssist in the organisation of staff rotasHelp to arrange cover for staff absenceCarry out and assist staff with PDP processDeal with client complaints in the first instanceEnsure self assessment is carried outEnsure team briefs are heldEnsure all paperwork associated with the position is completed within prescriptive timescalesEnsure all statutory and Divisional procedures are followedProvide induction training and thereafter ongoing workbase training as requiredEnsure stock level are maintained and stock control is in placeProvide supporting information to all payroll compilationKnowledge, training, qualifications and/or experience required to do the job:
