This Support Staff Roles opportunity is built around assisting with behaviour management and student engagement. It would suit someone who can bring in some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date to the role.
What the work leans on
Depending on your experience and preferences, you may work in classrooms, small group settings, or dedicated support units within schools. Supporting students in lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Where the technical work sits
- Assisting with behaviour management and student engagement.
- Helping students with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH.
- Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive school environment.
Technical requirements
- Experience working with children or young people (education, care, coaching, youth work, etc.).
- Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.

In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
