Skills and requirements

• Completed Care Certificate or ability to complete within 6 months of appointment.
• Knowledge and skills gained through any combination of alternative study and/or employment experience.
• NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent or above in Health or Health and Social Care or working towards an award.
• ESOL level 2 or equivalent (if English not first language).
