What the role involves

• Creative Support is a national, fast growing not-for-profit organisation providing support.
• Be willing to work flexibly according to the needs of the service, to include both days, nights and weekends on a rota basis.
• To provide respectful personal care in accordance with the needs, wishes and preferred routines outlined in the individual’s personal support plans.
• To support service users in maintaining the safety, security, cleanliness and comfort of their homes.
• To be responsive to changing needs and preferences of service users.
• We are seeking individuals with the right values who are keen to make a positive difference to the lives of all service users in Barrow, Cumbria.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

Candidate fit

• Have a can-do approach with the acknowledgement of positive behaviour support to ensure all service users can enjoy the highest quality of life and promote independence.

Additional role context

• Adults with a learning disability living at our supported living service in Barrow, Cumbria.
