Support Worker
Job description
This Support Worker role is focused on supporting the tenants to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence through tailored, person-centred ongoing care and support. It would suit someone who can bring work to make a positive difference in the tenants’ lives and promote their independence at every step, whilst enabling to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life to the role.

What you would be doing
You will be supporting the tenants to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence through tailored, person-centred ongoing care and support. Full training is provided by our Creative Support Training Academy, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Some of the people we support may also have additional complex physical or other health and social needs.

We are currently recruiting warm, flexible and motivated Support Workers to provide person centred support to people living at our bespoke development in Bidford-on-Avon, Warwicksh. What you need
- No previous care experience is needed, just a passion for providing person-centred care and support and working in a bright, friendly environment!
- We can only accept applications from candidates who are located in and eligible to work within the UK.
- Drivers are preferred but this is not an essential requirement for the role.
Practical information
- Of working with Creative Support include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Leave and company paid enhanced DBS.
