Requirements

• Experience working with young people, particularly those with complex needs or homelessness in Support Worker role.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Safeguarding, Mental Health First Aid, or coaching qualifications.

Job details

• We are recruiting a Nights Support Worker to provide out-of-hours support in an accommodation-based service for young people aged 16–25.
• Help maintain a safe, supportive environment and support residents to move towards positive outcomes.
• Permanent, Full Time (37 hours).
• 7pm–6am | 4 nights on / 4 nights off.
