Carry out room and building checks and report repairs. Maintaining accurate records, including incidents and risk assessments. Provide housing management, welfare advice, and practical support.

Requirements
- Experience working with young people, particularly those with complex needs or homelessness in Support Worker role.
- Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
- Safeguarding, Mental Health First Aid, or coaching qualifications.
Job details
- We are recruiting a Nights Support Worker to provide out-of-hours support in an accommodation-based service for young people aged 16–25.
- Help maintain a safe, supportive environment and support residents to move towards positive outcomes.
- Permanent, Full Time (37 hours).
- 7pm–6am | 4 nights on / 4 nights off.
