As a Support Worker, the work centres on supporting and monitor your client's healthcare needs, including administering medication and other clinical tasks. It would suit someone who can bring work positively with other professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to ensure consistency of support to the role.

Supporting and monitor your client's healthcare needs, including administering medication and other clinical tasks. Provide practical support for your client and their family, such as helping with personal care, household tasks and paperwork. What is expected
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to drive the clients adapted vehicle.
- Respectful of personal boundaries and the clients right to make his own decisions.
Job details
- Part Time 2 days per week - usually Sunday and Monday.
- £1.00 per hour less during probationary period.
- Weekends and Bank Holidays form part of the rota.
- Shift pattern: Weekends.
