We are working with a leading further education provider to recruit a passionate Communication Support Worker (CSW) to support Deaf and hard-of-hearing students.
Practical details
- This is a full-time, term-time role (37 hours/week) with opportunities to make a real difference in a dynamic, inclusive learning environment.
- 27 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas closure.

Care skills and requirements
- Level 3 BSL qualification (Signature, CACDP, SEG, or Scottish equivalent).
- GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Experience supporting Deaf learners or those with SEND.
