Support Worker

This Support Worker role is focused on undertake support planning incorporating risk management, alongside the client to assess their strengths and areas where the client requires support. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

• Pay: £9,397
• Contract: Part-time
• Work model: On-site
• Shift: Weekends
• 16 hours per week (4 x 4 hour shifts, working every other weekend across a two week rota) comprising of morning and afternoon shifts.
• Actual £9,397 per annum.
• Our day hub service in Chichester is often people’s first point of contact with Stonepillow and services that will support them out of homelessness.
• At our day hub, people who are rough sleeping are offered a combination of support and access to practical services including showers and laundry facilities, hot meals, and access.

• Undertake support planning incorporating risk management, alongside the client to assess their strengths and areas where the client requires support.
• Ensure the Chichester Hub environment is safe, secure and of a high standard.
• To support the client in managing their own finances and budgeting.
