Person-Centered Support: Provide high-quality, tailored care to individuals, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs while respecting their dignity, choices, and pre. Promote Independence: Encourage and assist service users in developing life skills, such as budgeting, cooking, and personal care, to enhance their independence in daily living. Health & Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of service users at all times by following individual risk assessments and care plans, and maintaining a safe living environment.

• Shift pattern: Weekends.

What needs to be in place
