As a Support Worker, the work centres on we support a number of clients in the local area who live in their own homes. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.

Be supporting our clients to live as independently as possible, helping them access community, build life skills, and achieve personal goals. Handling shift-by-shift responsibilities with consistency and care. We are Seeking a caring, patient and motivated Support Workers to join our Outreach Team in Wiltshire. Need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and.
What you need
- We have Full Time, Part Time & Bank shifts available.
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work.
- Supporting – Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.
