What the role involves

• Completing detailed support plans and setting personalised, achievable goals with customers.
• Supporting customers to work on their goals each week, helping to build confidence and achieve meaningful progress.
• General office duties and paperwork, responding to safeguarding incidents, ensuring the service remains fully compliant with health and safety requirements.
• There is no personal care required for this role just practical and emotional support.

Confirmed role details

• Earn £13.45 per hour (£26,300 per annum) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.
• Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw).
• Matching Pension contributions (up to 7%, with life assurance of 3x Basic Salary).
