As a Support Worker in Glasgow Southside, the work centres on providing reassurance, observe wellbeing, respond to any support needs throughout the night and follow support plans. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Work both independently during lone-working periods and collaboratively as part of a small, experienced team. Typical Night Shift: 9pm – 8am Key Responsibilities: Provide overnight support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
What you would be doing
Delivering personal care as required, including support with bathing, toileting and continence management. Provide reassurance, observe wellbeing, respond to any support needs throughout the night and follow support plans. Mileage paid at 35p per mile (up to 10,000 miles per year).
