Job description
This Support Worker role is focused on experienced support workers to work in a variety of different services across Pembrokeshire, including our new, innovative service near Haverfordwest. It would suit someone who can bring need to have your own vehicle, be flexible, and consider yourself able to be an open minded, patient and encouraging mentor to the role.
Role overview
We have a strong focus on teaching independent living skills and creating a safe and trusting environment for young adults with learning disabilities who are taking the next big st. Be working as part of a team and covering day shifts and sleep ins.
Main responsibilities
Experienced support workers to work in a variety of different services across Pembrokeshire, including our new, innovative service near Haverfordwest.
