• Axcis Education is currently recruiting for a Nursery Support Worker to join a school nursery on the outskirts of Hereford.
• As a Nursery Support Worker, you will help support children during the early stages of their education.

Skills and requirements

• They are also offering Wrap around care hours for someone that is qualified in early years.
• You must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role.

Confirmed role details

• Part-time hours or a job share may also be available.
• The starting pay for this role is £14.25 per hour.
• This is a temporary position, unless stated otherwise.
• Axcis Education is an employment agency offering temporary supply work for daily, short-term and long-term assignments in addition to permanent positions.

• Some children may have Special Educational Needs, require personal care, or need additional support with communication and language development.

Additional role context

• Begin in September 2026, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, during term time only.
• Work closely with the class teacher, supporting learning through play and providing an extra pair of hands within the classroom.
