Support Worker focuses on support for up to 17 adults.

What the role involves

• Support for up to 17 adults.
• We're committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, empowered enabling them to live the best life possible.
• Supporting our residents with all their personal care needs which include washing, dressing., toileting. and nutritional needs.
• Build relationships with residents, which are open and two way.
• Accurately report and/or record work activities.
• Free 24 hour confidential Employee Assistance Programme Helpline & App to support with legal, health, wellbeing, relationship and consumer advice.

• £29,849.78 (FTE) Per Annum Pro rata.
