Skills and requirements
- Experience of supporting adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.
- Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech).
- Up to 28 Days Holiday, inclusive of Bank Holidays.
- Ongoing training with clear career progression opportunities, including access to qualifications up to degree level.

- Support is provided 24 hours a day, including day shifts and waking night shifts.
