What the role involves

• Support people with care, daily routines, clinical tasks, or wellbeing according to the role remit.
• Follow safeguarding, medication, documentation, or care-plan requirements where they apply.

Skills and requirements

• Experience of supporting adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech).
• Up to 28 Days Holiday, inclusive of Bank Holidays.
• Ongoing training with clear career progression opportunities, including access to qualifications up to degree level.

• Support is provided 24 hours a day, including day shifts and waking night shifts.
• As a Support Worker, you’ll be: Building positive, trusting relationships.
• Working in line with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
