Support Worker

This Support Worker role is focused on as a Family Support Worker you will hold a caseload and meet with families on a regular basis through a 12 to 24 week period of interventions. It would suit someone who can bring it would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role to the role.

The service operates across 10 districts and Barnardo's directly manages 4 of those districts. Supporting people with care, daily routines, clinical tasks, or wellbeing according to the role remit.

As a Family Support Worker you will hold a caseload and meet with families on a regular basis through a 12 to 24 week period of interventions. Provide guidance and advice based on those needs and refer families to specialist and other services when appropriate with consent, in accordance with required protocols.
