How the role is set up
We are recruiting for a forward-thinking, values-led charity that has been supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex needs for over 35 years. Minimum 1 years experience in a support or care setting (preferred).
Where someone would start
Providing support with personal and intimate care. Enabling community access and promoting independence. Supporting individuals with non-verbal and complex communication needs.

What is expected
- Willingness to undertake Enhanced DBS and register with the Update Service.
- If successful, offers of employment will be subject to satisfactory references, Enhanced DBS clearance and evidence of right to work in the UK.
