Support Worker
Job description
This Care Assistant role is focused on work for a multi award-winning Charity that invests all it profits right back into the people we support, our workforce and our local communities. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and care for residents or service users to the role.
Why this role may suit you
We will have up to 4 members of staff on during the day, we have 2 staff that are waking nights that are based in the offices should anyone need anything. We are a very welcoming service with our ages ranging from 18-70+.
What you would be doing
Work for a multi award-winning Charity that invests all it profits right back into the people we support, our workforce and our local communities. We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your car. Since the early days, we’ve grown to provide many innovative and bespoke care services to thousands of people across England and Scotland.
Practical information
- Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives.
- 28 Days annual leave inclusive of statutory bank holidays (for Full Time, Part Time is worked out on a pro-rata basis).
- One of the values of Community Integrated Care is our passion for our people and every year we invest in our front-line worker pay in line with the Living Wage increase each April.
- Shift pattern: Nights.
