TEHAS Family Support Workers will deliver a high-quality service in line with the practice standards and the CARES Framework. Supporting people with care, daily routines, clinical tasks, or wellbeing according to the role remit.

Care skills and requirements

• TEHAS are looking for someone who is dynamic, hardworking and has experience providing support to different stakeholders within a social care setting.
• It is essential that you have experience using the multi-agency threshold document.
• Someone who is able to work under pressure, challenge decisions and are able to work as part of a team under tight timescales.
