- Supporting students with their physical, emotional, and social development, ensuring they feel included and supported within the wider school community.
- Encourage positive behavior and independence, collaborating closely with the classroom teacher and SENCO to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Monitoring and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers, SENCO, and parents.
Skills and requirements

- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or SEN Support Worker in a secondary school or similar environment.
