Support Worker focuses on we provide all our new starters with a full induction and then provide ongoing refresher training.
What the role involves
- We provide all our new starters with a full induction and then provide ongoing refresher training.
- Provide them with the opportunities to become experts within their fields.
- We are constantly looking to develop our staff.
- Bare Hall Quality Carers provide a person-centred service to clients in their own flat within a new 13 flats scheme.
- Of a Support Worker Waking Nights may involve personal care, night time observations if needed, medication.
- Support to clients with Autism and Asperger's, Acquired Brain Injury and Learning Difficulties.
Skills and requirements
- People with a minimum of 1 years care experience that want to make a difference in someone’s life.
- Experience in the above is not required but having knowledge around these things will serve as an advantage.
