The Support Worker position centres on supporting adults with daily living to promote emotional, physical and social wellbeing. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

The service has been recently updated to provide a warm, modern and comfortable environment for both the people we support and our staff. The home supports adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, helping them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Where someone would start

Supporting adults with daily living to promote emotional, physical and social wellbeing. Driving individuals to appointments, activities and community visits. Build positive, trusting relationships with the people you support.

What is expected

  • £13.45 – £13.75 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications).
  • Full-time | 39 hours per week(days, evenings, nights, weekends, waking & sleep nights).
  • A willingness to learn and develop while supporting individuals.
