Work independently across different bungalows within the service.
Maintaining accurate records and follow care plans.
Ability to work independently and confidently in a lone-working environment.

Driving Licence and a Car (required).

We are currently recruiting for 3 Full Time Support Workers to join a well-established Independent Supported Living service.
Full Time: 3 x 12.5-hour shifts per week.
On-site parking.

As a Support Worker, you will be working within a domiciliary care environment , supporting individuals in their own homes.
