This Support Worker role is focused on collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations. It would suit someone who can bring are you open-minded, energetic, and able to stay calm under pressure while keeping your sense of humour? to the role.

Our clients range from working with older people to children, to helping vulnerable individuals on a recovery journey or supporting those with complex and challenging behaviours th. In this role, you will: Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way.
What the role carries
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations. Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed. Assisting the Team Leader with staff supervision and development.

What the role depends on
- Diploma or NVQ Level 1/2/3 desirable and essential for some roles.
- Significant experience supporting people with complex needs.
- Twice weekly payroll and ‘Faster Pay’ service, getting you paid more quickly.
