Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs. Assisting with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming). Supporting with medication management, including prescriptions and safe disposal.

Requirements
- Completion of the 4-week prep to work in Adult Social Care Level 2 course (essential).
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential).
