Confirmed role details

• Full UK Driving license required and access to own vehicle due to the nature of the role and location of our services.
• Pay: £25,845 per annum.

Candidate fit

• We are seeking a Support Worker to assist individuals in Eastry and Aylesham with learning disabilities, communication difficulties, behaviours that challenge and pica.
• Patience, respectful communication, safeguarding awareness, and steady support habits.

Additional role context

• 7am – 2pm/4pm, 2pm-10pm, 12pm-4pm/10pm – NO NIGHTS.
