What the role involves

• Business insurance holder will receive 45p per mile when using their own car.
• The people we support are adults who may have complex physical and learning disabilities, and or autism.
• Develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.

Skills and requirements

• Personal care would be required.

• Supporting 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
• Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
• Deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure.

Additional role context

• 30 hours per week.
