What the role involves

• To ensure that learners are kept safe at all times.
• Contribute to service area, directorate and corporate projects which enable the Local.
• Authority to meet key national targets, priorities and initiatives.
• Maintaining professional knowledge of national initiatives from appropriate bodies such as the Departments for Education and for Health.
• Use professional knowledge and understanding of political agendas to contribute to service strategy and development.
• Contributing to the identification of the support needs of young people with High Needs.
