Support Worker
Job description
This Support Worker role is focused on accurately report and record any issues related to the care and support of our Service Users to monitor their health and wellbeing. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

How the role works day to day
Accurately report and record any issues related to the care and support of our Service Users to monitor their health and wellbeing. Be an informal point of contact for those in the service users circle of support (e.g. Families and Social Workers). Supporting service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and choices, considering their assessed needs and individual support and care plans, participating in.
Practical details
- Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £12.71 - equating to an annual salary of £27,.64 based on a 42 hour working week.
- Once you join us, you’ll also be eligible for our £ bonus through our refer a friend scheme (unlimited referrals)!
- Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
