• As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme you will be predominately supporting the elderly who are finding it difficult to cope due to physical frailty, enabling them to maintai.

Confirmed role details

• We can offer between 1-4 Night shifts per week, so both part-time & full-time would be an option - this would include alternate weekends.

Candidate fit

• Patience, respectful communication, safeguarding awareness, and steady support habits.

Additional role context

• Also be covering other sites within the Worcestershire area, so you must be a driver with access to a car.
• Involves aiding residents with restricted mobility to move to dining areas at meal times, communal areas for social activities and to the privacy of their bedrooms at their request.
