• We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our service Mayfield Road in Surrey.
• At Mayfield Road, we provide support to adults with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) in a residential care setting.
• We’re committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, empowered enabling them to live the best life possible.
• Ensure the client feels safe, and stable within their day to day care.
• Supporting service users with physical disabilities using trained techniques and aids hoists, wheelchairs, modified bathing equipment.
• Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations.
