We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker / Teaching Assistant to join a large college we support in St Albans. In this role, you will support students with diverse learning needs, helping them access the curriculum, develop independence, and achieve their full potential.
Main responsibilities
SEN Specialism: Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Holistic Support: Assist students during practical activities, break times, and off-site educational trips. Instructional Assistance: Collaborate with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.

Requirements
