What the role involves

• To support Bobby in maximising his independence in all activities of daily living.
• Enhanced DBS check (A conviction will not necessarily prevent employment).

Skills and requirements

• Compassionate and dedicated Support Workers who are passionate about making a positive difference in Bobby's life.
• Bobby requires 24-hour support and as such is very dependent on his mother and father.
• Support with mobility in unfamiliar environments due to visual impairment.
• He can also be at risk of running if anxious, so attentive and proactive support is essential.

Confirmed role details

• 38 hours per week (approx.
• 39.5 hours including 1 Saturday per month).
• Monday – 6 hours (typically 12:00–18:00, may vary to 10:00–16:00).
• Tuesday – 8 hours (08:30–16:30).
