- Supporting Worker focuses on support people with care, daily routines, clinical tasks, or wellbeing according to the role remit.
- Follow safeguarding, medication, documentation, or care-plan requirements where they apply.
Skills and requirements
- Be willing to drive service vehicles so the service users are able to access the community.
- This busy service has 6 individuals all who have differing needs including learning disabilities along with Asperger's, Autism, Epilepsy and Mental Health conditions.
- This is a service where there are behavior's that challenge but training is provided, and you also will provide support to all individuals via shared support and on a 1 to 1 basis.
- The service users have various activities that they attend with staff support, these include Snoozelum, Nova Club, in house arts & crafts and cookery sessions, aromatherapy as well.

- Pay: £25,845 per annum.
