• Supporting Worker focuses on bring your compassion, creativity, and commitment to support our students in their learning journey and empower them to succeed!
• We have a great opportunity available to join Novus, our prison education provider at HMP Wealstun, working as a Learning Support Worker.

Skills and requirements

• Hidden Difficulties Level 2 or equivalent (or be willing to work towards within an agreed timeframe).
• Achievement of performance targets.
• Accurate and timely reporting.

Confirmed role details

• This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37 hours per week.
• 35 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
• Significant Pension contributions.

Candidate fit

• It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.
