Support Worker, Eynsham, Up to £17 p/h
Role Overview
Join Completely Care as a temporary Support Worker in Eynsham, helping individuals with essential daily support while promoting independence and well-being. In this role, you’ll deliver personalised care through our agency, making a meaningful impact on clients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalised support to clients with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Build trusting relationships, offering companionship and emotional encouragement.
Assist clients in accessing community resources and participating in social and recreational activities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualised care plans.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and any incidents or concerns.
Required Skills & Experience
Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward supporting individuals in need.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
Previous experience in a similar support role or working with vulnerable populations is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to cover varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
