• Discovery is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to positively impact the lives of individuals we support.
• Our focus is on empowering independence and fostering fulfilment for the people we support with learning disabilities and/or autism.

• Yeovil, situated in a purpose-built residential care home in the heart of the town.
• Who We Support: Our residents, 6 individuals aged between 30 and 70, are eager to welcome both newcomers and experienced individuals into our team.
• We offer flexible full-time and part-time positions.
• Communication: Some residents communicate through pictures and objects, which we'll teach you to understand.
