What the role involves

• These checks can take up to 8 weeks to process.
• Processing survey data from field surveyors. Process total station surveys to report on constructions stages.
• Processing laser scanning surveys. Clean and model surveys to determine if construction tolerances have been met.
• Ensure survey data is collected and recorded accurately, following project QA/QC standards.
• Assisting with the implementation of quality control procedures, particularly in accordance with QC1 requirements.

Skills and requirements

• Have significant experience operating 2D and 3D CAD programmes, and an understanding of surveying and the construction industry.
• Support the Business Systems Manager and wider Business Excellence team as required.
• Degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Architecture, or Construction.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD (Civil3D) and Revit.
