- Ensure proper handling and storage of fish and seafood.
- Monitoring stock levels, minimising waste and supporting ordering processes.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation, knife skills, and fish handling.
- Solid technical skills and strong kitchen fundamentals.
- Full right to work in the UK (pre-settled or settled status if applicable).
