The Sustainability, Environment & Compliance Manager position in London based office centres on own our annual carbon footprint (Scope 1, 2 and 3) and ensure data is accurate, robust, and audit-ready. It would suit someone who can bring organised and confident keeping warehouse priorities clear during a shift to the role.
Role overview
Hybrid working, 3 days in London based office & 2 working from home. Support delivery of our carbon reduction targets and long-term roadmap Track progress and identify opportunities to reduce emissions across the business Manage compliance & emergin.
Main responsibilities
Own our annual carbon footprint (Scope 1, 2 and 3) and ensure data is accurate, robust, and audit-ready. Leading the delivery of our annual sustainability report and climate disclosures. Delivering key disclosures, including climate and sustainability reporting.

Organised and confident keeping warehouse priorities clear during a shift. Confident working with senior stakeholders and presenting insights.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of carbon accounting (Scope 1, 2, 3).
- Experience in sustainability, environmental, or carbon reporting roles.
- Experience managing complex projects and multiple deadlines.
