Sustainability Performance and Insights Manager

Where the work sits

Several years in sustainability performance / FP&A / finance at large. Strong analytical capabilities and advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

How the role works day to day

Gather business requirements across Finance, Operations, Divisions and Regions, and help translate them into improved processes, tools and decision-support frameworks. This role is part of the Global Finance function where the Global Sustainability Performance & Reporting teams sits. It reflects the strong ambition to go beyond reporting and gradually embed non-financial performance into the company’s finance cycle.

What needs to be in place

• Experience with managing evolution of a reporting tool.
