Skills and requirements

• 15+ years of experience in healthcare communications, pharmaceutical strategy, life sciences consulting, or integrated agency strategy roles with demonstrated leadership across reg.
• Proven experience leading and growing strategy teams within agency, consulting, or healthcare communications environments, including mentorship, performance management, and organiz.
• Demonstrated success leading new business pitches, senior client workshops, and commercial growth initiatives for pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare brands across EMEA markets.
• Experience developing omnichannel brand strategy, commercialization strategy, customer experience planning, or integrated communications programs across HCP and consumer audiences.
