What the role involves

• Maintain Windows Server (2016–2022) and Windows 10/11 environments.
• What You'll Be Doing Drive Modern Infrastructure Operations Manage.
• Supporting core infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, networking, identity management, and storage.
• Engineer the Modern Digital Workplace Support and optimize Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Managing host pools, image lifecycle, monitoring, alerting, and automation within Azure.

Skills and requirements

• What We're Looking For Essential Experience ~5–7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, or Systems Administration.
• ~ Proven experience administering Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments.
• ~ Experience supporting Microsoft Azure services, particularly Azure Virtual Desktop.
• ~ Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure incidents.

Additional role context
