System Engineer

System Engineer focuses on plc programming & integration — develop, modify, and troubleshoot plc logic (siemens, allen‑bradley, mitsubishi, or similar) for new equipment, upgrades.

What the role involves

• PLC Programming & Integration — Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC logic (Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, Mitsubishi, or similar) for new equipment, upgrades.

Skills and requirements

• Degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering , Control & Automation , Mechatronics , or related discipline.
• Strong experience with PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, or equivalent).
• Hands‑on experience developing and supporting SCADA/HMI systems.
• Working knowledge of MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FT MES, Wonderware MES).

Confirmed role details

• Maintain SCADA and HMI systems (e.g., WinCC, FactoryTalk View, Ignition) including graphics, alarms, historian configuration, and user workflows.
• Support MES modules such as production tracking, recipe management, OEE, traceability, and data exchange with ERP systems.
• MES Implementation & Support — Configure.
• System Architecture & Design — Produce functional design specs, control philosophies, network diagrams, and documentation for automation projects.
