Responsibilities
The Systems Engineering Delivery Manager is responsible for:Leadership & Governance of multiple multi-functional teamsKeeping the project on budget and budget controlMitigation / management of risks to lowest level possibleManaging and owning the engineering resourcesManaging plans against progress / milestonesLook for potential opportunities to benefit the projectsEnsuring the technical and engineering aspects of the projects are delivered appropriatelyYou’ll have a proven track record of actively leading successful project delivery on a diverse range of diverse, complex technology focused projects. A HNC / HND / FD or Bachelor's degree in an engineering subject Essential skills
Engineering ManagementProject Management understanding (Critical path control, Risk understanding)Worked as an engineer on either Hardware, Software or Systems engineering.Full knowledge of 'V' lifecycleLeadership & ManagementExcellent communication skills at all levelsStakeholder ManagementResource and Integrated Business Planning Desired skills
Anti-Submarine Warfare (Above & below surface) and Mine Countermeasures experience.In Service and FutureDefence background.MOD experience Experience
