Conducting research on market trends, competitor best practices, and emerging TA tools to support continuous improvement. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, youll support earlycareer recruitment and employerbranding initiatives across our UK business.

What you need

• This role is based at SEPHORA HQ in Russell Square, London, and follows our Hybrid working policy of 3 days Onsite per week.
• The internship is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), with an anticipated start date of July 2026.
