About the Team We're dedicated to TikTok's Product and Design division, whose core mission is to source and recruit exceptional talent of all seniority levels — from junior to senior positions — for TikTok's global Product and Design teams, fueling the team's innovation and development with high-caliber professional talent. About the Role We're looking for a motivated and curious Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruiters responsible for building world-class Product and Design teams at TikTok. As part of our Talent Acquisition organization, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the recruiting lifecycle—helping identify top talent, refine recruiting processes, and deliver an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience. Key Responsibilities - Assist in sourcing candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media. - Screen CVs and conduct initial assessments to identify potential candidates. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Support job postings by drafting and publishing job descriptions. - Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). - Assist in building talent pipelines for critical roles. - Participate in recruitment events such as career fairs and networking sessions. - Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent. - Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Availability for a 6-month full-time internship. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Experience with ATS platforms. - Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role.
